AJ's car broke down on the freeway yesterday. After searching the internet and calling around a few places we came to the conclusion that it was a dead fuel pump or a clogged air filter. He got it towed by Bucky's this morning which sucks because they're going to rape him in towing, parts and labor.

Then this morning......

My alternater was acting up.....not exactly the best way to start the morning. When I first heard something was wrong I thought the alternater itself was going bad AGAIN, then I saw all the gauge lights turn on and I was convinced I had to fork over $200 AGAIN...only two months removed from the last alternater purchase. Luckily it was just a stupid belt. When it snapped off the pullys it bounced off the underside of my hood and left a little dent...it's tiny but noticable. Yet another eye sore on my car. Anyway the belt was a pain in the butt to put in. I climbed on my car and squatted down so I could work under the hood, with my butt crack showing at work for all the world to see. I had to take out the other three belts to get to the alternater pully and scraped up my hands and wrists pretty good in the process. The belts took almost an hour to take off, and literally two minutes to put all three back on. Learning experience...

Adam got evicted. I guess getting high was more important than paying bills. I don't wanna hear any crap about "i couldn't afford rent and car payments and bills" cuz I had to make sacrifices when I lived on my own (and will again soon, hopefully). It's all about priorities. Now his credit is in the dumpster and it's going to be even harder for him to get a decent place. I hate that he's gone down this road. The way things are going he'll be living in underdeveloped affordable housing for the rest of his life.

So Pug and I might have found a place. Her "step cousin" and her wife are renting out a condo in Tukwila.....2 bedroom/1 bath, 3rd floor, kitties!! We're looking at it friday...I know I'll like it right away, I'm not too picky. Snot Face will make the final call, and hopefully she'll accept it. This is a great opportunity for us to get a place without having to go through the credit check trouble. The Hunt Club debt came back to haunt me and i'm in the middle of paying it off now, but this condo is like a Get Out of Jail Free card for us until I can pay it off, all the while building my credit. And we'll probably be paying less than market value with a very flexable lease! We'd be stupid not to snag this place.

What else....tomorrow is my last day of work then I'll finally be back to my regular schedule of three days off four on. It's going to be a long lovely weekend :) Thursday I'm going Bat hunting at Green Lake, friday we're checking out the condo (and hopefully going bowling), saturday I dunno what I'm doing, and sunday is open as well. I wanna get down to the gym all three days because I NEED TO GET BACK IN SHAPE. I feel myself getting fatter and it's becoming visibly clear that I'm out of shape.

The Celtics destroyed the Lakers by 39 points in Game 6 to become NBA champions! Ray Allen went 8 for 9 beyond the arc scoring almost 30 points, shattering an NBA finals record for most 3 pointers in a game and in a series.

My birthday is almost a week away! Gimmie presents!!

Jessica's banquet was tonight. I thought all would be going well until about 45 minutes before it began. She called me up and was frantic about a girl she went to school with who was threatening her. Appearantly she took her jacket out of the lost and found and the girl wanted it back and told Jessica she was gonna get beat up if it wasn't returned to her. Jessica wanted me to stay at the banquet with her to keep her safe, but I knew it wasn't as serious as she was making it sound and she has to learn how to fight her own battles anyway. I gave her some advice but it's the best I could do. I went and hung out at Adam's in the mean time, but as soon as I left the school I had a sour feeling that I was letting her down and I should have stayed. On one side I felt that she had to deal with this herself, it's a teenage girl problem and she would have been made fun of even more if she had her uncle bodyguard with her. But also deeper down inside I feel guilty and selfish, because a part of me just wanted my free time instead of watching over her. She just wanted me there so she could feel safe....and now I feel ashamed. I know I've done a lot for her these passed few months but this time she really needed me and I could tell I let her down even though she'll never tell me. Now I feel like I have to make it up to her...or am I just thinking about it too much? She sent me a few texts thanking her for being there today and it seems genuine, so perhaps maybe I am thinking about it too much. I dunno...

Another quick thought, Adam's either getting kicked out of his apartment or decided to move out on his own accord. He didn't tell me directly but he was talking to someone on the phone while I was over there and he was giving them the details. I wonder why he hasn't said anything to me about it yet? His phone is still on and he hasn't texted me back when I text him for the passed few days. He better not be blaming his short comings on me, it's not my fault he quit his job for stupid reasons (again) without a fallback job already lined up (again). I'm not the one spending all his money on weed, making him broke and then taking out loans from friends for MORE weed and never planning on paying them back. What happened to his job at FireWorks? Anyway, he's moving in with his mom and crashing at Tony's from time to time until probably August when the guys plan on renting out a house. Good luck with that boys. I wish he weren't so stubborn and take his "best friends'" advice about stuff. It's really hard to feel like a best friend when your opinions mean less than nothing. He's changing more and more as the months go on and I don't like where it's going.

Jessica's volleyball season is over. It kind of sucked having to drop what I was doing to go pick her up everyday, but I'm going to miss it. Her and I got pretty close and it was fun being involved with her, cheering her up after she had a bad game and making fun of her team mates and coaches...it was a pretty rewarding experience :) I'd do it again if she asked me to.

At the time I didn't think Sasquatch was that great, but now I wish I could go back. I had a good time laying on the hill doing absolutely nothing but staring at the gorge and listening to mediocre music. The Presidents did a pretty good job and Death Cab definately didn't disappoint, other than the short set they got stuck with. they played at sunset which was nice too but it started getting cold as soon as the sun dropped behind the hill. Side notes about the Squatch.....Beer was $12 a can! There were cool XBOX tents with Rock Band stations set up but not very many songs were unlocked so it kinda sucked...I walked in on a girl using a Honey Bucket. Lock the door bitch! What else...some drunk kids came over to our tent and were blown away by poi. The two boys gave it a whirl and kept hitting themselves in the nuts/face, meanwhile the girl was laying on the grass completely humiliating herself, rolling around and saying drunk girl things. It rained in the middle of the night and people around us would not stop partying. Car alarms were going off, people were yahooing...it was tough for me to sleep. I don't know how Snotty slept so well...the next morning we got up around 9 and left pretty much right away. As we drove out we saw a hammered chick passed out next to the line of Honey Buckets. She was laying there with a beer tightly clenched in her hand and her thong hangin out of her pants. Good shit. I kept telling Stephanie thank you for driving because she did it without complaining and I felt kinda bad. All in all it was a great experience and I hope we took enough good pictures to scrapbook. We got a few with Duck and T.R.!

What else is new....nothing really I guess. I still badly wanna get out of here and the more I listen to the songs on my myspace page the more I miss living on my own. Oh my RC car came! It's this little bad ass RX-7 that smashes. Well it doesn't really smash, but at least it moves and it'll be a fun toy to play with at work for awhile.

I'm also thinking about school again. I didn't want that astronomy class to be in vain, so I'm gonna look at doing another online class or two. Then as it snowballs up a little more I'll take some night classes and eventually day.....I hate working at night so I want to hold that off as long as I can. Or hey I just thought of this....maybe I could work on the weekends and go to school during the week days? I could live with that...

It's snotty's last week of school so I gotta go up there this thursday and hang out with her one last time. It'll be the last opportunity EVER!!!!

Friday my stimulus check came unexpectedly soon, so you could imagine how happy I was literally jumping up and down next to the computer flexing and pumping my fists over and over. Yeah I'm that cool. I searched for my keys and sped off to Al's Music and picked up the Xbox that I tried to get unsuccessfully the day before. I went home and played that for a little while.....cocaine's one helluva drug. I don't think I could ever play San Andreas again after seeing GTA4. The level of attention to detail to everything is unprecidented. Wind-blown garbage rolls down the street. Light shines off even the smallest of things like garbage cans and manhole covers. People on the streets have personalities and smoke cigarettes, drink coffee, and talk on cell phones. With every action there is a reaction that fits. Nothing looks awkward. When you hit a guy with your car the physics are so good he'll actually spin and flip the way he should by how he got hit. When it rains people's clothes get wet and they run under cover. I spent a lot of my time just checking out the views of the city from across the river and looking at the water. AND there's hardly any loading time. You can walk into a Burger Shot from the street with no loading time, just open the door and there you are. You can do more stuff on dates like bowling and darts... there's so much to do in this game the programmers must have gone crazy trying to squeeze it all in. But enough about the game...

Steph came over and we went bowling :) First we stopped by Taco Del Mar and got some lunch....and for the second day in a row the chick screwed up my burrito by putting medium sauce on it instead of mild......how do you screw that up two days in a row to the same guy? It wasn't that hot so eh... Then we headed to Secoma Lanes, and Snaw didn't miss the turn this time :) I saw my rim ball there....it's only $80 but it's 15 pounds. I'm not sure if I'm ready for that one yet. We did pretty well this time, I started out with a 170 and my other two games were 140 averaged. Snot face bowled an "average" game of 83 in the first one, but turned it up in the second two and scored 116 and 119. We didn't see Weasel this time but there were these two fat dudes next to us that chucked the ball halfway down the lane and had some serious hooks. I wanna join a league...

Yesterday we went to Aj's nephew's birthday/bbq thing. We brought over the Wii and that's basically what we did the whole time. There were 1022 kids over there and a bunch of loud women. They were having a contest to see who could be the loudest. I think the mothers won. The food was good and I would have liked to have stayed a bit longer just to hang out, but Steph felt out of place which is understandable so we took off. No biggie...it's not like it was party of the year or anything.

The Mariners suck.

I need a wiring harness like today. I got away with using the old one for awhile but the trick isn't working anymore. I called Oneill's Wheels and they're gonna try and help look for a part for me.

Off to the gym....

So yesterday my underarms began itching pretty badly. I thought it was just regular kirk irritation from sweating or whatever, but it gradually got worse. I got home, tried to wash it off in the shower. I dried myself off with a freshly washed towel and an hour later the outbreak got much worse. Hives were everywhere, all over my back, forearms, up and down my legs, between my fingers, and in a curious pattern around my waist. I called in work and told Troy that I might not make it in, which was a good call because I was definately not well rested and ready for work this morning. After struggling with only a couple hours of sleep scratching and digging all night, I started my day around 10 am. I didn't feel too bad for awhile, but on tongue was swolen and it was kinda hard to swallow, so I went up to Walgreens to get some Benedryl cuz Snotty thought it would be a good idea. It helped a bit, I took a nap and when I woke up everything seemed to be on the up and up. But not an hour later it took a turn for the worse. Everything was burning, and this time my face look like hamburger. My arms and stomach broke out again and my feet started itching so it was time to go to the doctor. I got in and saw her pretty quickly. She told me what I already knew, that I had hives and it was a pretty serious problem since the conditions were getting worse. She gave me a free shot of steroids in the butt, wrote me a prescription for some drugs and charged me $100 for the visit. The drugs cost almost double that...mainly the shots that I probably wont be using again. I tried thinking of what the hell it was that caused this lovely misery, and I'm pretty sure it's the new laundry detergent we've bought. I broke out again tonight only on my feet after I put on some fresh socks I pulled from the dryer before I left to see the doctor. Damn those bad boys were swolen, I couldn't walk and my toes were all fat and juicy. You thought my big toe was bad enough, well you aint seen nothin yet. Also, last night after I got out of the shower I wrapped the towel around my waist, and that's probably why it was a perfect outbreak pattern under my belly and around my back. I have habitual parts I dry off first and the most, which coinncidentally had the worst breakout spots....I know this is so exciting to read isn't it?

So I'm taking another day off to relax and make sure it's the detergent. I kinda want to work because I need the money. I'm $311 in the hole because of this stupid problem, on top of the money I have to spend on car parts. What a lovely month this has turned out to be. I'm trying to save money for my new place and crap keeps coming up....

The M's beat the Orioles today! J.J. Putz was cleared to play tonight, his rib injury is better. Maybe his doctor gave him a shot in the butt too. The M's are 11-10 only one game behind the Angels and I think they're tied with the Athletics for second place....either way they're in the chase so I'm happy :)

Ok maybe I wont have to wait for Adam's credit to improve. Derrick started moving his things in last night and the second I found out I was immediately on the search to find another place to live. It's cool seeing him and talking to him about video games and the universe, but he still gets on my nerves. Earlier he made a smartass comment so i asked him if he wanted to get beat up, then my dad butted in and said "you're not gonna be living here very long if you keep talking like that". WTF.....he can get away with sticking his nose in business that's not his and I can't tell him to back off? That's retarded. So put that on the list of reasons I have to get up here, I can't even speak freely. Snaw was looking at a place in Burien that looks promising and another in Des Moines. I may have to wait until the middle of next month, maybe even longer if I can't get approved for what I want right away.

My muscles are sore.....sweet! I miss the feeling. Vision Quest is soooo far out of the way though. I know I wont mind so much on the way home from the gym cuz i'll be too exhausted to be mad that I'm stuck in traffic. If/when I move further north it's going to be worse but I'll stick it out as long as I can. The gym is pretty nice. When you walk in the door there's a set of stairs that leads up from right to left up to a "women's only" section. Psh whatever. Passed the stairs is a big room with high ceilings, filled with treadmills, ellipticals and excerise bikes lining the walls. In the center of that main room is an elevated section with yellow exercise bikes, and every night between 6 and 8 is an intense bike class. It looks interesting and I'm gonna try it a time or two. Tucked away in the corner of the main room is a plethera of exercise machines, mainly seated chest and leg extension benches and things like that. Further back in the main room is a big open wooden floor with a mirror against the wall where people do thier yoga and pilates and step classes and stuff. I haven't seen too many people use that yet.... next to the mirror is a hallway that leads to the "Combat Zone" (their name not mine). It's the free weight room with more machines and free weights than 24 hour fitness. In the middle of the room is a boxing ring. It's a lot of fun bouncing back and forth off the ropes! The ring is surrounded by collegic wrestling mats, which run all the way to the back of the combat zone. The far wall which is the glass wall that looks into the mall, is lined with punching bags. Vision Quest is a lot of fun and I hope to happy there for awhile. It's better than sitting inside watching t.v. and staying on the internet all day, even if it is a bit out of the way.

I thought I was lucky and didn't need to do an astronomy final. I'm glad I actually looked at blackboard tonight otherwise I would have been up shit's creek. I have to do some crunching tomorrow....

This is stupid. Adam's application failed, so that's two now. Since I was approved at Crestview then I was probably approved at Glen Park too. Frustration is building...I wish I had my old apartment back. I miss having a living room, a bathroom, a bedroom! Snotty and I could hang out on the couch and watch TBL together or scrapbook or play Any Girl. I could get drunk with my friends at MY place watching wrestling, then after they left I could pass out on the couch still drunk and half naked, wake up the next morning and not think anything of it. I miss my own damn computer! This one is even worse than mine. I miss the feeling of walking into my home after a hard day of work, kicking off my shoes and relaxing. I want my own apartment like yesterday.

But I can't bail on Adam. We've been friends for a very long time, so I'm willing to go out on a limb for him. He's trying his best to take care of business, and while I don't agree with how he handles some of it I have to admit that i've never seen him work this hard. It has to be hell for him living there, every time he walks in the door he has to be reminded of Akilah. His living room is empty because virtually everything was hers, so now all he has is a bed room with a couple things in it. It's hard for me to live here but it must be even worse for him to live there and have to pay for it, and if I back out on him he wont have a choice but to live there until who knows when. I know it's not my responsibility to to find him a place to live, but I did agree to get a place with him and after talking about it for awhile now and setting up plans for both our futures I have to follow through...I hope to God he doesn't disappoint me.

Ok so i'm already getting on my dad's nerves because I left a cereal bowl sitting on the coffee table...are you kidding me it's just a damn bowl. "You're starting to PISS ME OFF Aaron it's not a good sign!" Yeah it's time for me to leave already.

Hangin out with the Snaw today, going to Ballard, probably golfing, and maybe a little Wii Sports or something. I'm way good at bowling. SHE SUCKS.
